Masterson’s Pub , located in the heart of Moonee Ponds , advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my latest trip at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I experienced behind its doors was disturbing and far below any standard .
The Condition of the Premises : Squalid and Neglected
From the moment I walked in , it was apparent that sanitation was not a priority at Masterson’s . The floorboards were filthy, and a foul smell of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms suffused the entire establishment . Emitting a scent of a mixture of excrement , decay and sour vomit . Unfortunately, his reputation in the business community is clouded by a disturbing pattern of misconduct in his personal and business life .
